Main Purpose of Role: to provide first class breeding advice to Dairy Farmers to achieve genetic improvement in the customers herd.
Key Responsibilities:
To review, plan and prioritize the daily customer visit schedule
To provide first class advice on products & services in order to fulfil the customer requirements
To achieve an individual sales target
To manage and build a database of customers in order to achieve your individual targets
To establish & maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service at all times by understanding the customers business needs
To develop & maintain knowledge of the full portfolio of products & services
To develop & maintain knowledge of the industry and market trends
To ensure that the company policies and procedures are adhered to
To continuously develop and improve both themselves and the working practices
To comply with Company policy and best practise in security, legal and regulatory compliance
To ensure that all H&S responsibilities are fulfilled and that the team s (including the role holder), visitors and contractors safety and welfare is maintained
To complete any other duties as required from time to time.
Essential Skills:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Must have knowledge of the Bovine Breeding Industry
Must be a self starter and be able to work on their own initiative
Excellent communicator with a proven record of building customer relationships
Smart and tidy appearance
Full clean driving license
