We are currently accepting applications for a Farm Manager with a "Can Do" attitude to fill a vital role in their Moncton, New Brunswick location.

What you will do:
Responsible for the long term sustainable operation of the farm in all manners including environmental, personnel, and profitability
Plant, maintain and harvest the crops
Manage financial budgets, cost statements and profitability
Train and manage both seasonal and full time employees
Maintain a long term sustainable crop rotation while working closely with area farmers
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers in the farming community
Ensure the Health and Safety of all employees
What you will need:
A University Degree or College Diploma in Agriculture
A minimum of 6 years of direct experience in root vegetable farming is essential
Farm management experience, including budgeting
Full understanding of virus and disease management and development of irrigation, land clearing and tile drainage
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
