F. Campeau & Fils inc. is looking for someone who will be responsible for selling parts to customers, over the counter, by phone or through the shop. We are located on the border of Ontario and Quebec, serving customers in both languages since 1888! We work in a bilingual environment inside our company. We offer a full line of New Holland agricultural and construction machinery and also various major short line equipment.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing parts
Guide customers in finding the right part for their machinery and suggesting additonal needed parts
Responsible for putting together initiatives that promote the dealership or individual products offered
Responsible for show room merchandising and materials specific to parts and service activity
Assist in house technicians and provide parts and support
Work with parts manager to maintain the dealers goals for inventory; stocking, retrieving, and ordering parts
Transportation logistics of parts incoming or outgoing - core shipping and receiving (might include arranging pick-ups for wholegoods), facilitating delivery of products onto company grounds
Must be available to work 1 out of 2 Saturday mornings from 8 a.m. untill noon
Be on call for 24h service calls 1 out of 4 weeks. remunerated and paid with a premium when called.

Skills:
Able to work under pressure
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with various software programs
Experience in agricultural industry is an asset but automotive experience is also acknowledged
Valid driver's licence
Bilingualism (French speaking/English speaking)
Must have a friendly attitude to all situations that may arise from customer service
