We are looking for a self-motivated, results orientated and customer service driven, Sales Professional to join our team in Manitoba & Saskatchewan. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible to meet the soil needs of field and horticultural crops through the sales of liquid fertilizer products, close relationships with producers, and providing sound agronomic solutions with Responsible Nutrient Management.
He/she will have excellent interpersonal and selling skills, be able to communicate effectively with ease and offer support on all levels of crop nutrition to maximize yield potential through Responsible Nutrient Management.
This position is well suited for individuals driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, with a background in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural sales. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, energetic self-starter who is comfortable working individually and with little supervision.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Increasing sales and market share in the defined territory.
Developing and nurturing relationships with producers by providing agronomic solutions and supporting yield and profit advances to the end user.
Developing, and executing a Territory strategic plan which supports the objectives of AgroSpray s business plan.
CCA and knowledge of soil science a definite asset. A passion for agriculture is a must.
