Our Client is a local provider of innovative feed specialties, premixes and nutritional services for the animal nutrition industry. They are currently accepting applications for a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant.

What you will do:
Managing client bank statements
Reconciling client accounts
Invoicing and book balancing
Entering data and maintaining client ledgers
Calculating and preparing cheques and documents as per instructions
Providing customer service to walk-in customers
Answering and directing phone calls
Other administrative duties as assigned
What you will need:
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting through formal training
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively with others, prioritize and multi-task
