Description
Our client, MS Gregson Inc., manufactures innovative and reliable equipment that is easy to use, environmentally friendly and competitively priced.
Working under the Sales Manager’s supervision and alongside the Management team in Quebec, you will be responsible for all sales activities for the three MS Gregson lines of products (agricultural sprayer, pressure washer and commercial sprayer) within your territory. You will ensure to maintain the established dealer network and encourage business growth by identifying opportunities and leading business development activities. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent representation skills as well as a proven track-record of business development and strategic planning.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure representation of MS Gregson Inc. with Ontario customers;
Maintain current relationships and develop new ones with a strong focus on customer service at all levels, as well as manage all sales and prospection activities within your territory;
Prepare and deliver client presentation, including product demonstrations to customers (machinery and accessories);
Develop and conduct training sessions for dealers;
Ensure all requested reports are completed in a timely manner;
Participate in developing sales programs, advertising and marketing brochures;
Provide recommendations regarding current market trends within your territory;
Attend to trade shows when necessary.

Good computer skills (MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Requirements:
Degree related to job requirements;
Knowledge of markets and agricultural processes in connection with the products offered;
Must be available to travel approximately 60% of your time in your territory;
In-depth knowledge of commercial, municipal and agricultural markets;
Compulsory English (written and spoken) and knowledge of French is an asset;
Personal qualities: result-oriented, autonomy, courtesy, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, adaptability, communication and persuasion.
