Our Client has been growing steadily and is now entering an exciting time of accelerated expansion. As such, they are looking for an experienced, mission-focused, high-performing Coach to work with farmers in Western Ontario.
Importantly, the Coach will be a superior relationship builder and will have the skills and interest to facilitate farm families at the kitchen table to work through some of the most challenging and rewarding discussions needed for continuity of their farm legacy. The Coach will be an active team member in local farm communities and will work with the marketing team to create and participate in farm events and education opportunities. The Coach will also develop a network of Centres of Influence to increase brand awareness and create a referral network.

What you will do:
Prospect, qualify leads and build relationships to achieve targets and growth goals
Facilitate, manage and write all succession plans
Complete all work in accordance with established practices and client expectations by making use of available tools and templates
Deliver all services in a timely and professional manner
Prospect, qualify and build relationships to achieve minimum planning goals and revenue targets
Complete, research and write all succession plans for clients with final review by the designated Farm Life team member
What you need:
The desire to be an independent contractor
Agriculture experience (on a family farm is an asset)
Willingness to achieve CAFA designation
Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred in Business, Farm Management or a related field or combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation of meetings, case coordination or comparable role
Experience and comfort in public speaking an asset
2 or more years’ experience as a professional relationship builder
