AgroSpray Limited is currently seeking highly motivated, self-starter to join our sales team as a Sales/Crop Input Representative for our growing presence throughout Ontario.

Duties:
Responsible for growing and maintaining customer base
Meeting sales targets as established by supervisor
Travel to client locations within territory
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Provide weekly sales report updates
Participate in all training programs that are made available
Performs all other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma, with post-secondary education graduation in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Strong agronomic background, as well as strong understanding of crop nutrition and soil science
Experience with liquid fertilizer is a definite asset
Ability and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of office /departmental procedures
Strong computer skills
Experience working with a CRM
Proven ability to deal productively with customers
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong organizational skills, time management and planning skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Possess a Canadian Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
