Lead the national team tasked to develop, execute and evaluate sales and marketing strategies for our crop input, equipment financing, and livestock purchase programs. Work with third-party businesses to grow these FCC lines of business.
What you’ll do:
Develop and lead strategies that will support and grow Canadian agriculture
Build relationships within FCC and with external stakeholders to ensure programs meet their business needs
Recommend strategies and program improvements
Assume overall accountability for business results
Initiate visits to partners in the crop input, equipment and livestock industries
Attend industry events to help build the FCC brand and profile
What we’re looking for:

What you’ll need:
A degree in business, economics or agriculture and at least 11 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
